Perform a Worm’s Head Walk.
The Worms Head Walk, which begins near the National Trust shop, is a family-friendly trail. This six-mile route allows you to take in the breathtaking views of Rhossili Bay while also venturing out to Worm’s Head, two small and charming islands off Rhossili’s headland that are connected to the coast by a causeway at low tide.
This walk is divided into two sections: a gentle headland hike and a slightly more difficult tidal walk. The first section of the route takes you around Rhossili Headland, and the second takes you out to Worm’s Head.
Both parts can be completed at the same time and are appropriate for families with older children. The walk to Worm’s Head takes only 2.5 hours on either side of low tide, so keep that in mind when planning your trip.
